Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Once an order has been placed and payment is completed, cancellation requests will not be accepted.


• In any of the below cases, We would take full responsibility and arrange for the refund or ship a new product depending on the case and the request.

In case of Damaged product:
•    Please notify us about the damaged product within 1 day from delivery date via email to sharazayd7885@gmail.com or WhatsApp +919095699968
•    Please send us the order number, 1 outer box image, 2 clear images of damaged product.
•    In case of multiple item shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.
•    Email will be responded to within 24-48 hours and full assistance will be provided thereafter. 

In case of Missing product:
•    Please notify us about the missing product within 1 day from delivery date via email to sharazayd7885@gmail.com or WhatsApp +919095699968
•    Please send us order number, 1 outer box image, 2 clear images of the opened box with all items received 
•    We will be unable to accept a refund request. But, we will be happy to promptly re-send the missing product
•    Email will be responded to within 24-48 hours and full assistance will be provided thereafter.
